IMPORTANT REBATE INFORMATION - Latest Update

CPG-the company that administered our rebate programs had filed for bankruptcy last year. Nextar has already identified and established a relationship with another company who will handle all of our rebate programs from this point onward. Unfortunately, a number of our valued customers may be affected in the transition.

  1. Rebate Forms Bearing Previous Address: A number of consumers will be holding rebate forms bearing the now improper address of:

    While rebates sent to the address above will be redirected and processed properly, there is a possibility of a delay of up to three weeks. This delay can be avoided if the individual submitting the rebate request re-submit to the following address:

  2. Complaints and Issue Resolution: Should you have an issue not described and addressed above, i.e. a bounced CPG check - or should you wish to lodge a complaint, please contact us at the following address:

  3. For mail that was sent to CPG but not received at YA (Young America):

  4. For customers who received a non-compliance/decline letter and need to resubmit:

    Please submit a copy of your decline letter that you have received from the rebate company and any required submission materials needed to validate your rebate, as noted on the letter. If the decline postcard is not available, you can write down the submission ID and/or the complete contact information (same info you provided on the original rebate). You can fax the documents to the following number: 866-861-4462. Resubmission will take an additional 4-6 weeks for processing.
