REBATE INFORMATION - Q & A

Q: 1. If I haven’t received my rebate and its past 8-10 weeks from submission what should I do?

A. 1. Check our website directly for rebate status at www.web-rebates.com

Q: 2. What if there is no record of my rebate being received?

A. 2. Resubmit your information to: Nextar Resubmission Dept Po Box 317014 El Paso, TX 88531-7014 or you can fax the information to 866-861-4462.

Q: 3. What do I do if I received a non-compliance letter/ denial letter and I sent in all my information?

A. 3. Resubmit a copy of your decline letter and any required materials noted in the letter to: Nextar Resubmission Dept Po Box 317014 El Paso, TX 88531-7014 please include a copy of the unqualified letter.

Q: 4. What if I don’t have my unqualified/denial letter?

A. 4. Then include your submission ID on all materials being submitted also include a piece of paper with your submission ID in the envelope.

Q: 5. How long does processing take after resubmission of rebate?

A. 5. The process will take an additional 4-6 weeks after receipt of paperwork.

Q: 6. I sent my rebate info into the old rebate center and my information was not sent over to the new rebate center what do I do?

A. 6. Resubmit all your materials to: Nextar Rebate Center Dept#__________, 43 Butterfield Circle Ste C-1, El Paso, TX 79906. The process will take an additional 4-6 weeks after receipt of paperwork.

Q: 7. I know I sent my UPC in but I received a denial letter from the rebate center how can I get my rebate?

A. 7. Please fax over a copy of the UPC along with your submission ID to 888-861-4462 and allow 4-6 weeks for reprocessing.

Q: 8. If I got a denial letter from the rebate center for submitting the incorrect rebate form what do I do?

A. 8. Go to the website at www.nextar.com click on rebate information on the bottom of the page click on the store you purchased from and then the month that you purchased your unit. Find the correct form needed and download the form. Resubmit a copy of your decline letter and copies of all required materials to: Nextar Resubmission Dept Po Box 317014, El Paso, TX 88531-7014 or you can fax the information to 866-861-4462 the process can take up to an additional 4-6 weeks after receipt of paperwork.
