Frequently Asked Questions on DVD Players

Q: If my unit is defective what do I do?

A: Make sure your product is registered then contact Technical Support at 888-849-0846, if the problem cannot be resolved instructions as well as a Return Authorization will be issued for your defective product. No product will be accepted without prior authorization.

Q.Why the DVD doesn?t play?

A: Please check the following: 1. Make sure the disc cover is closed 2. Make sure the disc is loaded 3. Make sure the disc is not loaded upside down. 4. Make sure the disc is clean

Q. Why there is no sound?

A: Please make sure the speaker is turned on and also check the sound set up of the DVD disc is correct. Clean Disc if it is dirty.

Q: Why there is no picture?

A: Please make sure your system is connected correctly.

Q: Why my remote control doesn?t work?

A: Please check the battery and insert the battery correctly. If necessary, replace the battery.
