Q.Why the DVD doesn’t play?
A: Please check the following:
1. Make sure the disc cover is closed
2. Make sure the disc is loaded
3. Make sure the disc is not loaded upside down.
4. Make sure the disc is clean
Q. Why there is no sound?
A: Please make sure the speaker is turned on and also check the sound set up of the DVD disc is correct. Clean Disc if it is dirty.
Q: Why there is no picture?
A: Please make sure your system is connected correctly.
Q: Why my remote control doesn’t work?
A: Please check the battery and insert the battery correctly. If necessary, replace the battery.
