Q: If my unit is defective what do I do?

A: Make sure your product is registered then contact Technical Support at 888-849-0846, if the problem cannot be resolved instructions as well as a Return Authorization will be issued for your defective product. No product will be accepted without prior authorization.

Q.Why is the LCD screen does not display anything?
A: Make sure the power is turned on. Make sure the LCD OFF/NORMAL/LOCK switch is not turned off.

Q.How to adjust the LCD screen when it is too bright/ too dark?
A: Adjust the brightness of the image in the Display setup menu.

Q.Why there is no sound from the speakers?
A: Check if the volume is turned down.

Q.Why the player does not work?
A: Make sure that the file format is supported by the player.

Q: Why doesn’t the projector work?
A: There is no power from the power cable, or you are attempting to turn the projector on again during the cooling process.

Q.Why the projector does not turn on?
A: Make sure the power cord is connected securely.

Q.Why there is no picture shown?
A: 1.Turn the video source on and check that the signal cable is connected correctly.2. Select the correct input signal with the Source key on the projector or remote control.

Q.Why the image is blurry?
A: Adjust the focus of the lens using the focus adjuster, adjust the projector angle and direction, as well as the height of the unit.

Q.Why the remote control does not work?
A: Check the battery, replace the battery if necessary.
