We created a new column inside the Purchase Suggestion to show products over 60 days that haven’t had stock movements.

Fixed Errors:

Inside the SALES screen, NEX wasn’t listing the products that were filtered as: with Delivery(Yes).
The option Filter by, inside the Transactions screen from the register were working for the Stock Purchase.
NEX wasn’t calculating the total of customers registered inside the program.

Fixed Errors:

Some NEXTAR Softwares were working slow inside the Expiration Date Control.

New Features:

The Tax by Period (summarized) report has been added to the Statistics.
An option was created to filter Inactive Products within the Sales By Product report.
From now on it is possible to search for a word within the receipts templates. For example, in the search field if the word “A5” is typed, it will filter only models in A5. Due to the type of Delphi development, an advanced search with more than one word is not allowed. Example: A5 paper.
The Supervisor Password feature was created to control users on the POS screen. This feature allows users without permission to give a discount and remove items posted using the password at the time of sale.

Fixed Errors:

The scrolling of the sales screen using the mouse was corrected, NEXTAR wasn’t allowing the screen to be rolled down or up.
For some customers who have products with a GTIN code different from the one registered in the Code field, when reading the product with a barcode scanner on sale, NEXTAR was forcing the customer to press enter manually for the product to be listed on sale.
Some inventory transactions, both input and output, were not giving the option to select the supplier and store. This was true for manual purchase inputs and transfer between stores.
For some customers, when cloning a sale, the products of the cloned sale were not appearing on the screen, only the total value appeared.
Even with the discount option disabled, when making a quotation was allowing the discount to be posted directly on the item by clicking on it and changing through the item options.
When making a sale in debt with a Bundle and trying to return only one of the products within this combo, NEXTAR wasn’t reducing the value of the customer's debt.
The print preview of the Sales by Category and Products report was not being generated.
For some customers, the sales quantity for some products was appearing incorrect in the Sales by Products report.
For some customers, the Sales by Product and Profit by Product reports were showing divergences in values as the products that were sold and debted in the Sales by Product report were not being taken into account.
When generating the Sales by Bundle report, NEXTAR was showing a column with ID and the information in this column did not appear in any other of the program’s tables. The column was removed and the product numbering was placed.
For some customers, the Products and Expiration date Control screens were crashing.
For some customers, when setting the Loyalty Program feature with Automatic Reward, when reaching the established values, NEXTAR wasn’t redeeming the award.
Inactive products were affecting NEXTAR search for some customers. The product ended up appearing if the inactive products were not set to appear in the search.
For some customers, on the product screen when looking for any product that had “XA” in the description, NEXTAR was looking for products with code “10”.
On the product screen with the Display Financial Information filter active, NEXTAR wasn’t updating the information in real time.
When informing an expiration date to a product using the keyboard and the shortcut F2 to save, NEXTAR presented an error. If it was selected manually in the calendar and saved, it worked normally.
In the Expiration Date Control tab, by placing the product list in a specific sequence (alphabetical order etc.) and checking out a product, the screen was running downwards or upwards.
For some customers, in the register screen, the transactions and statement tabs were crashing.
For some customers, when editing a sales transaction directly from the register screen, NEXTAR presented an error message.
NEXTAR wasn’t printing the chosen Debt Payments template, the receipt was being printed in a standard A4 template.
The option to allow users to change their quotation (option A in item 9) was not working correctly. Even with the option checked, NEXTAR only allowed a quotation to be changed by checking the option to change transactions, which is in item 8 under Sales in option B.
For some customers, even with the customer's credit editing options blocked, NEXTAR was allowing alterations to be made.
NEXTAR has a permission to block discounts for specific users, however there is also an option to edit items within the sale and this edition ends up allowing discounts to be made. From now on, the launch of discounts on this screen is blocked as well.
Even though it was set for AM/PM time on some screens, NEXTAR continued showing in the 24-hour pattern.
In some stores, NexAdmin was losing connection to the Server if the computer wasn’t connected to the internet.
When editing a transaction that impacted the total debt or credit sum, NEXTAR wasn’t updating this total automatically. It only updated after changing screens.
When trying to filter the Document column on the Stock Transactions tab, NEXTAR presented an error message preventing the filter from being used.
The Filter option was disabled, within the cash statement screen, because depending on the filter applied by the customer, the calculation appeared incorrect.
The PDF file generated when making a transfer between stores was showing up as a sale, it was adjusted to show up as a transfer.
When manually adding credit to a customer's account, NEXTAR showed a CREDIT column on the cashier screen referring only to amounts credited to the store, but that column could be confused with that of payment by credit card, so it was removed.
In the Transactions tab within the customer's register, it was not possible to filter the column Date, it was changed so that the filter could be used in a customized way only.
The Opening Balance column has been added to the Payment Method report in the Statistics tab.
The entire sales screen has been redesigned. Visually, nothing has been changed. The screen was just redone for better performance within the program.

Fixed Errors:

For some customers, when trying to cancel some transactions, the Program prevented the cancellation by informing that there is a subsequent transaction, blocking the operation, even without actually having any transaction preventing the cancellation.
When selecting a customer at the sale, when there were words in the PHONE field, NEX was erasing the first digit. The same happened when there were numbers in the NAME field.
For some customers, when launching a product with a promotional price on sale and then launching a second product without a promotional price, the last product also had the discount icon and only the first one has this promotional price.
When using the PRINT option on the payment method screen when finalizing an ORDER, NEX was not printing the receipt for this order / sale, without having enabled the option to print receipt automatically in the print settings.
The receipt printing flag at the end of a sale was not showing for some customers.
The message that is sent along with the receipt sent to the customer's email was being reset in some stores. Edits made to this message were not being saved.
On the manual purchase entry screen, the term “price” appeared twice in different places, once for the cost of the product and once for the sale price. To avoid misunderstanding the role with the customer, the terms were changed to differentiate the fields.
When registering multiple units of measure and then trying to edit one of them, NEX automatically opened the last registered unit instead of the one selected.
The way tNEX calculates the discount given on Bundles was corrected, before the correction some sales with this discount had incorrect decimal values.
For some customers using Markup, when entering and exiting the registration of a product with active markup, the sales price and the percentage of the markup were changed.
For some customers, when generating the TXT file for scale, products with the end price equal to 0 ended up having their price changed. Example: Product Test 1 = $ 2.90 in the TXT file appeared as if it were $ 0.29.
When trying to print a Sales report by Category and Product, the print preview in Fast Report was not being displayed.
When printing the cash report, NEX was adding an extra line with an incorrect sum. This happened only in print, in the cashier itself the totalization was correct.
The REVENUE / EXPENSES report was adding up the amount of items in canceled sales, totaling an incorrect sum.
The Sales by Product report showed the products that were inactivated even without having been sold, from now on inactive products and without sales in the period will not appear in the report.
When deactivating a user and then reactivating them, NEX presented an error message.

Fixed Errors:

When trying to pay an account registered in Accounts Payable, NEX was not allowing the shortcut of the F2 key to be used to save the payment.
When registering a product, when trying to select a category by typing the first letter, NEX did not identify which letter was typed. In this case, the customer needed to type the same letter twice for it to appear on the screen.
When writing off an Accounts Payable account using the option "Write down payment at the current cashier", if the current cashier does not have enough balance, it is necessary to make a supply. What was happening is that when seeing details in the tab of previous cashiers, NEX was not adding up the cash supply made to pay the bill, causing an error in the total cashier information.
For some customers, on the stock transaction screen when using the custom data filter with “greater than” and “less than”,NEX presented an SQL error.
For customers using NEX with the 800x600 screen resolution, the button for expanding the feature icon menu was not working properly.
For some customers, the shortcut to select a full text (Ctrl + A) was not selecting all the text in the product description field, in the registration.
For some customers, when trying to save a product registration, NEX was showing an error message.
When registering a new product at NEX and carrying out an inventory with a date prior to product registration, NEX was placing the quantity of the current stock of this product, when in fact it was to leave with the zeroed quantity, because on the date prior to launch, the product was not yet available in stock.

NEX was not adding the debt payment in the Sales by Product report, in the Amount Paid column. Sales that were left in debt and then paid were not being accounted for in this column.
For some customers, in controlling accounts payable, when creating a category and removing this category from an account, NEX was excluding the category. When trying to launch it again in another account, NEX allowed, however for a third account, the category no longer appeared because it ended up being inactivated in the customer's database.
For customers using another alphabet, the Salesperson column was showing the information as “???”,on the Quotation receipt due to the unicode.

A feature has been created to filter whether reports from the statistics tab will take into account the cashier's opening date or the transaction date.

Fixed Errors:

For some customers, by clicking on the cashier tab, NEX was displaying an error message and the page wouldn’t open.
In the printer selection and print template settings, NEX was giving the option to configure serial printer. This option has been removed, as for the printer to work it only needs to be installed on Windows.
When trying to filter information on the sales screen using the “Resale” column, NEX had the following error: “The option to use this filter has been removed”.
When changing a category in Accounts Payable, NEX wasn’t saving the alterations.
The amount printed on the sales tax receipt was coming out incorrectly.
In some stores, when the transaction was a return of a sale on credit, on the stock movement screen, the profit was not being calculated. It remained with the sale amount.
Some customers weren’t able to edit an item in the order when it had a negative stock. When trying to edit, NEX presented an error message.
When generating a cash register report with a coil printer, NEX wasn’t showing the correct information according to the cash register opening date.
When creating a bundle and trying to edit any products, NEX presented an error message.
The column showing the percentage of resale in NEX wasn’t displaying the total sum added at the end of the column.
When totaling the period from previous cashiers, NEX was adding the “Starting Balance” column in place of the “Payment Methods” column.
When registering a new account in the accounts payable menu, NEX wasn’t displaying the new accounts in the recent accounts tab.
By using a filter on the customer screen to show only in debt customers, when one was selected and then NEX was minimized, the system automatically selected the first customer from the list. What happened in these cases is that by minimizing, it would reload the screen information, causing the wrong selection.
When transferring between stores and selecting the supplier, the suppliers list appeared as the customer list.
For some customers, NEX presented an error when weighing product by scale, it was only showing two digits after the comma, even if they had more numbers.
In some cases, when closing off the cash register, it couldn’t be closed because transactions are pending. A message has been created warning you of a pending transaction when closing the cash register.

For some customers, NEX wasn’t allowing the customer to change the sales price of a product at the time of sale, NEX wasn’t allowing price changes regardless of how their permissions were set.
For some customers, by paying a customer’s debt and giving the change back, the change was coming in as credit for future purchases.
NEX was experiencing an error while trying to remove products from order in the "remove products by barcode" function.
NEX was having an error calculating the Tax. When a fractional sale of a bundle product is made, where “Allow fractional sale” is checked, NEX would not calculate the Tax value if the weight was not entered. all.
Some customers were unable to register some products in a new bundle. NEX had an error message preventing the creation of the bundle in this case.
Now we can individually choose the product we want to return, which may be a partial or full return of a bundle, NEX wouldn’t allow that before.
In NEX, when selecting a Tax and leaving it as default, it wasn’t visible in the product list where there is its own column for viewing that tax.
When editing a return, NEX was displaying an error message that prevented the operation.
When the customer tried to print out a cash register report with a coil printer without checking any of the available options, the report came out all misconfigured, including cutting informations.

Fixed Errors:

Sales Tax field has been added in receipt template 101.
When trying to place a comma in the product’s Sale Price, NEX was presenting an error where the mouse cursor went in front of all numbers and the sale price was registered the incorrect price.
When registering a new product or even editing an existing product in NEX, if it had an SKU code and a registered code, when changing to the option "Automatic Code" to register the field "Code", NEX ended up resetting the information in both fields leaving them blank.
For some customers, when trying to view the debit statement, transaction dates were becoming cluttered.
For some customers, the Accounts Payable menu was taking too long to open, causing crashes, especially in network use.
For some customers, upon entering the transaction tab of registered customers, the Program crashed or was slow to load information.
In some cases, NEX was not allowing you to delete new products even though the product had no transaction type attached to it.

In some cases, NEX was experiencing an SQL error in the client database. This was because in the customer register there was a “ ' ” , but that for SQL breaks the command, because “ ‘ “ is a string ID separator within an SQL. For some customers, when registering a customer in the store, NEX was not generating a code for that created customer.

Obsevation: NEX will no longer have available the register feature in the FREE plan. The register is now an exclusive feature for PREMIUM plan subscribers.

Fixed Errors:

NEX had a BUG in the sum of the sales screen, the total fractional sales was not being accounted for.
When creating a new payment method, NEX was repeating the Cashier's OPENING BALANCE making it sum the amount more than once.
When you changed the quantity of a product on the sales screen to ZERO, the value of that product remained at the total sale amount.
The Payment Method column of the Sales screen was blank when a new payment method was used.
In Quotations, NEX wasn’t allowing you to change the price of the product after it was launched, and when trying to add a per item discount with note, the discount was coming out of a random product.
After posting products in a Quotation, it wasn’t possible to remove the posted item.
Users without permission were being able to use sales screen options F4 and F9.

It was created a new option to clear Quotations inside NEXSERV, without having to clear other transactions.
It was created a new feature in Accounts Payable. Now, when registering a payment, you can write off the amount on the current register.

Fixed Errors:

When setting the loyalty program, NEX was presenting an error when clicking on the Convert Points Automatically option.
At the time of sale, NEX was allowing to use the MINUS sign in front of the number and could make a negative discount causing errors in reporting and transactions.
When a quotation was created and finalized, by editing it, the customer was unable to withdraw the discount percentage.
If the option to email the register report was not checked, the system was not generating the Register Report automatically.
The system was experiencing an error accessing the transactions tab of the product transaction.

Fixed Errors:

When the customer tried to see total of a register in a period, the system did not show the start and end date, only the start date.
Customer with debit by active amount, when making a return leaving credit in the customer account, the system posted the amount to the cashier again.

The system was experiencing an error while trying to filter Suppliers on the Expiration Control screen.
When triggering the function Update stock through inventory, NEX was not changing the quantity of stocks.

When the customer repeatedly clicked shortcut F2 to complete the sale, the system generated multiple sales impressions.

Users without permission were able to change the price at the time of sale by editing the already released item.
In Register totaling by period, the system wasn't decreasing returns on gross profit from the Inventory Movement screen.
The system wasn't sorting correctly the list of items for label printing. Now the system will arrange according to the product order entered.
Inventory is based on the movement of the product, so if it already had any inventory movement, it will record the cost that was recorded in this movement, but if the product never had movement, the system was bringing the cost zero. For these cases, NEX now takes the cost of product registration.

New Features:

Now NEX records the user who closed the register and shows it in the Previous Registers screen.
It’s now possible to allow a user to use the quick product registration on the sales screen.
The system now displays the transaction date and time on the transaction screen.
Now, by default, the system will show only approved transactions on the Product Registration screen. Just click on Show Canceled to view the canceled transactions in the list.
PDF files for sending email were being generated in the root folder of NEX. Now NEX saves them in a folder called “Email”, inside the NEX folder, bringing more organization.

Fixed Errors:

When you edit the amount of an already released item that uses fractional units with more than 2 decimals, the system was rounding the value instead of just cutting the surplus digits.
For companies that work with more than one address per customer, the function to make a primary address was not working.
In some stores, NEX was not showing the comment on the register report sent by email.
By limiting users' access, when you unchecked the Products item, the user could still access the products screen.
In some stores that worked with automatic pricing, when editing a product registration, the system was not loading on the screen the percentage of markup registered.
When the user filtered the column "Email" to show clients with or without email, the system presented an error.
In some stores, the system was not finding the product and displaying the error on the screen when attempting to make a return of all products to the supplier.
In some stores, when making a customer return whose sales note had a delivery fee, it wasn’t being considered for the return.
When cloning a product, the system wasn’t showing the option to use the automatic code.
The "Created on" column filter on the estimates screen wasn’t working.
When selling a bundle, the system was displaying the wrong quantity on the printed receipt. The prices were respected but the number of items wasn’t.
The Banknote Counter now adjusts to the customer's resolution, preventing the total from hiding in some resolutions.
When editing a registered currency and attempting to delete one of them, the system did not delete the currency to which it was selected.
When generating a return with many items on sale, the system took a long time to load the screen with all items.
We noticed that in some stores, some sales didn’t appear in the register report sent by email.
When you made a stock adjustment for less or more, the stock wasn’t updating on the Products screen.
The Other Entries operations were not being considered in the Entries column in the Transactions screen.
The system was experiencing an error while trying to remove a bundle from a sale.
When entering a Purchase through the Products screen, NEX wasn’t updating the data in the product registration. It was necessary to change the screen and go back to the system to update the information.
The column of the product’s description in the Moving Products report was cutting the product’s name.
The FREE plan template for sales receipt wasn’t loading correctly.
NEX wasn’t sending out the Withdraw and Supply notice on the receipt.
We corrected the tConfig error when opening the NEX. This error only occurred in some stores with specific scenarios.
In some stores, when selecting a product for inclusion in the Bundle, the system inserted another product different from the one selected.
On the Check Payment Method tab of the Register, the date column filter wasn’t working, resulting in a blank result when it was used. Use the "Greater than" and "Less than" filters to search for days and periods.
The font size setting for the Debt Statement was only accepting the first typing.
Now, when the option that allows you to register more than one product with the same code is checked, quick product registration will also allow you to use codes that are already in use.
When you clicked on “Save PDF” on the sales screen, the system was sending to the printer instead of generating the PDF. For this feature to work, the customer needs to be printing the sales receipt active and configured. If it’s not, NEX will request the configuration and open the window for this before saving the file.
In some stores, when registering an expiration date of a product, this same expiration appeared in other products.

New Features:

It was created a new feature for the system to automatically load the logged in User's email for sending Estimates with the salesperson’s email.
It was created "Sent By" column in the Estimates screen to show which user and email sent the estimate to the client.
Created "Date/Time Email" column in the Estimates screen to show the date and time that the estimate was sent by email.
Now the store’s name appears at the top of the printed and emailed register report. Just set the store name on sales receipts.
It was created a new feature to import data via CSV (Excel) or TXT file. In this first version, it’s possible to only add new data, it’s not possible to edit data that already exists in the system.

Fixed Errors:

The F5 shortcut to select a client on the payment screen wasn’t working.
NEX was allowing fractioning the quantity of a product during the sale, even for products without this configuration. This occurred only when editing an item that was already launched on the sales screen.
The calculation for products weighed on the scale was fixed. In some stores, depending on the value, the sale could have a 1 cent difference.
The "Print" option on the Order’s payment screen wasn’t working.
The Payment Method Statistics report contained two lines of the total, one adding and the other showing a wrong total value in one of them.
In some stores, NEX was failing to send the cash register report to the email.
In some stores, NEX was generating the register report with all the closed registers and not just the selected one.
The "Without Tax" checkbox in a product’s tax was not working.
Editing system currencies using the international standard was not working.
